“My wife & I have been a loyal clients of Adam’s Massage Therapy for over a year, but after our recent experience, I will never step foot in this establishment again. While the massage therapists themselves are talented, the management is utterly devoid of compassion. ​We had to cancel an appointment last minute because our three-year-old son...who is recently in remission from Leukemia became ill. Despite our year-long history of exclusive loyalty to this clinic, Adam’s saw fit to charge us a $90 cancellation fee. ​It is predatory to punish a family for a medical emergency, especially one involving a child who has already been through so much. As a loyal customer for over a year, I am shocked that management values a one-time $90 fee more than the long-term retention of a regular client. It’s not just a lack of empathy; it’s remarkably poor business strategy. To Adam’s: your rigid policy overrules basic human decency. I expect a full refund of this fee given the circumstances. To everyone else... save yourself the headache and find a provider in Barrie who actually values their patients as human beings rather than just line items. We will be taking our business elsewhere.”

“Wonderful massage (deep tissue) with Jeremy A. Attending now for quite a while and have always been happy with the service and professionalism. Nice calm atmosphere and very clean. Not rushed with attention given to areas you want addressed/treated. They kindly offer suggestions for improvement in pain management in between sessions. Recommended. Over the summer I attended a few acupuncture sessions and Patricia was amazing. Great results and huge improvement in pain management. Patricia is very professional and experienced. She offered simple advice and things to try at home. So pleased to see this service offered.”

“I came to see Patricia for an acupuncture visit as I was having some third trimester challenges. The whole atmosphere and process was very comforting and relaxing. Patricia is very dedicated and such an uplifting spirit. I’ve started to see improvement after a few days and my body felt rejuvenated again. I decided to follow up again with another session for labour management and things went the right way 2 days after. Patricia went above and beyond with her service and shared really helpful advice and home remedies to continue the process. She’s very passionate and I’d definitely will come see her soon again. If you’re looking for an experienced and wonderful alternative practitioner, you’re in good hands with her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for what you do”

“My first time here and the service was great! From walking to the front door and getting greeted by the receptionist to meeting my massage therapist and getting the massage, everything was done amazingly. I had Nicole for my massage and she was amazing. She concentrates on the areas I tell her that I like to be work on and she follows through. She always make sure the strength level is okay during the session. She is very professional and friendly and I will definitely recommend her and Adam's to other people as well.”
