“Not pleased with full body massage, specifically said I wanted attention on traps and triceps, even showed on the diagram on the wall, TRAPS AND TRICEPS, that was my main purpose on booking full body after having legs done 2 days prior. Did not touch my traps or triceps, a whole hour on back and legs. What she did on back and legs obviously felt good but over all was not pleased. Nice, clean, friendly environment, but Will have to try my luck elsewhere. That's funny, blame the customer on confusion, you're at kennedy and Eglinton, next to the library??? From their very efficient front line staff of: Udeni; Ayesha; Shafi; Priyanka and Vani all of whom are friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful of their patients needs and time, from beginning to end. Then, there's Dr Somoghi - their fearless leader - attentive to each patient's concerns, has a great bedside manner (whether you're 20 or 75), patient, compassionate, kind and very knowledgeable in his expansive areas of expertise. “I have been to this great place some years back for sports injury. I was so happy with them, that I went back to them after a shoulder injury and accident although some other place was suggested by my medical officer. They are so professional and made me feel very comfortable. Now I have sciatica pain and had been going for therapy for the past few months. I was almost bent 90 degrees unable to walk straight or put weight on my leg. Now I am able to walk 2 to 3 minutes after every pause. I still have difficulty bending to sweep or mop but there is a vast difference to what it was. I hope I will be fine in a month or so. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff is so friendly, known to handle professionally and flexible with making appointments to suit our convenience. Keep up the good work staff. You are an excellent team. “I had a work related back injury and have been receiving treatment with active therapy works. Just wanted to say that the staff here are fantastic! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and on top of that, my back isn't hurting anymore! 5 stars!”
