“I started physio at Activa Clinic after a work injury to my shoulder in March 2026. From day one the team was professional, listened to my concerns, and explained the treatment plan clearly. My physiotherapist and her assistant therapists did an amazing job with my exercises adjusting at times because my shoulder pains were so bad.. The front desk receptionist was also great at scheduling around my work hours. Massage therapy was very helpful and I’m seeing real improvement in range of motion and pain management. “I have been receiving Physiotherapy at this clinic since 1 month due to my workplace injury. They are amazing in everything they do. “Unfortunately my experience at this location was very disappointing. I was not involved in a motor vehicle accident — I came with work benefits and a prescription from my family doctor for orthotics, orthotic footwear, and socks. The staff seemed confused about how to handle this and didn’t appear familiar with the process unless it was related to a car accident claim. The clinic hours have also become very limited compared to before, which makes it difficult for patients to access services. It feels like the focus of the clinic has shifted heavily toward motor vehicle accident cases, while patients coming in through regular benefits are not receiving the same level of attention or support. There also seems to be a lot of staff turnover, and the management structure does not appear organized. When I raised concerns, I was simply told to email management, which didn’t feel like a very helpful resolution. It’s unfortunate because this clinic has a lot of potential and is located in a convenient building with other healthcare providers. I hope the management takes steps to improve operations, staff training, and patient support for people seeking services like orthotics outside of accident claims. Also on another note all there 5 star reviews are fake; we the people who have written 5 star reviews are all made up names! They have never written reviews for other companies.”Read moreShow less
