“Had my first ever massage. My RMT was Kelsey. He was very friendly. He asked several pertinent questions to determine what was causing my lower back pain. He explained what he was going to do and frequently asked if the pressure was OK and how I was doing. He recommended that I should see a physiotherapist for further advice. Overall, I am most impressed with Achieve Health from the front desk receptionist to the hygiene and the cleanliness, and to the care given by Kelsey. “Gillian is absolutely fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable about the science behind massage therapy. Each movement is methodical and she puts so much care in her practice. The oil she uses is very calming and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. She makes you feel very comfortable and is a great personality.
