“I had my message with Ranjna on last Saturday . I didn’t have high expectations due to my not so great past message experience. I thought this one would be of the same quality, but I was wrong. I had the best message of my life. Ranjana used a a mix of both chiropractic moves and message to release my tension. She was very attentive to my needs. I will definitely go back”Read moreShow less

“I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes prior as requested. The buzz in system to get in didn’t work and after trying 4 times, I was asked to try again and was sent instructions to try the same number. It didn’t work. After almost 15 minutes of getting annoyed with this, someone finally called me saying they were coming down to let me in the building and to give the elevator access permissions, of which I would not have to get to the suite for my booked massage service. A few minutes later I was called back by the same person asking if I was still there in the entrance. I asked them if this was a joke? They told me they were coming down so that I could have access to attend my appointment. I stood there even more annoyed why someone would even call me back to ask after telling me they would be down in a few minutes. I was kind and clear I was waiting to be let in to get to my booked appointment. This was not a great first impression, and finally after someone came down they acknowledged knowing the issue with the entry system failing the whole day and well before my appointment and fluffed it off as not any concern to let people know and just have them stand outside the building to get annoyed. Ok? Not apologetic to that situation, but even more concerning was the business phone situated right in the room of the massage that kept ringing off during my appointment and the RMT after a few calls coming in, stepping away to grab the phone during my massage and then with one hand checking messages with the other. This happened multiple times. I couldn’t believe it. It was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and disruptive. My massage was only scheduled for 30 minutes and anything but relaxing in the shortened time. The therapists’ nail also gouged my right armpit and after getting home I could see it in the mirror and I gave myself first aid. The irony is advising me before starting my massage she went to wash her hands, but in answering the phone and handling during my massage I wasn’t convinced that hygiene practices really meant anything. With the building so close to to major streets and situated on a lower level keep in mind obvious street noise too like the sound of loud ambulance or firetruck sirens and street traffic and outside noice. No apologies for anything and business as usual. Not somewhere I will ever go again! Do not recommend.”Read moreShow less

“I’d like to add to my review! I’ve now also had Amy Liggett as a massage therapist and I’m also so impressed! The calibre of the practitioners here is excellent. Amy is surprisingly strong and incredibly intuitive. I appreciate her investigative questions and her very calm energy helped me immediately feel I was in good hands (pardon the pun!) My original review is below: Devon is incredible. His specific experience and knowledge of osteopathy and the human body has been very helpful. If you’re looking for long term pain relief and a better understanding of how your body works, he’s your guy! His advice on specific workouts to make my body more resilient against issues is definitely something I haven’t received from other practitioners before either. Thanks Devon!”Read moreShow less

“Anna was amazing. She not only gave me a great massage and helped me relieve a lot of the pain in my body. She also gave me some great advice on yoga poses. That worked wonders! She also suggested some places I can go to further alleviate my pain and some other techniques. Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“This was my first visit, and I arrived without any particular expectations. Dana greeted me warmly and conducted a prompt consultation to discuss my physical concerns. She clearly explained the approach she would take for my initial session and engaged with me to identify the areas that needed attention. Dana skillfully addressed my joint and alignment issues, helping me understand how they were impacting my posture and existing injuries—factors I hadn’t previously recognized. She also provided valuable tips and exercises to help alleviate my plantar fasciitis and reduce pain. I highly recommend Dana to anyone seeking comprehensive care that goes beyond standard massage therapy.”Read moreShow less
