I come from a family with a long history of serious back problems, so I've been working on managing my own back since I was a teenager. Over the years, I've seen many physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, some great and some not so great. I can confidently say that Moustafa is one of the best I've ever worked with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to understand the root cause of the problem, and focuses on finding lasting solutions rather than just treating the symptoms. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and genuinely caring physiotherapist.

Probably the best physio I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going to Moustafa for over a year now, and he never disappoints. He’s helped me recover from several injuries, including improving my hip mobility and getting rid of my shoulder pain. He’s knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about helping you get better. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist.

I cannot say enough about my physiotherapist, Mous Korayem! Within the first few minutes of my initial appointment with him, he confidently diagnosed the specific problem with my knee and let me know that working together, I could expect a full recovery from my injury. I was impressed with his vast variety of techniques, tools and therapies that he used to help give me pain relief and accelerate the healing process. At the end of each session, he offered me a new exercise to be done at home to maximize the effects of his treatment sessions in the clinic. I also appreciated that Mous was punctual and spent a considerable amount of time with me during each appointment, and I never felt that he was rushing to get to his next patient. I would highly recommend Mous to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist, with a great sense of humour!

I had an amazing experience with Mustafa and cannot recommend him enough. I was dealing with the worst back and shoulder pain I’ve ever experienced — the pain was so severe that I could barely lift my arm up or down. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment with Mustafa, and he took the time to properly assess the issue and treat me for a full hour. He applied multiple physiotherapy techniques across my back and shoulder area, and the results were incredible. Within a few days after the appointment, my pain was completely gone. What impressed me even more was his knowledge and guidance after the treatment. Mustafa provided me with exercises and advice to help prevent the pain from coming back and improve my recovery. He is professional, caring, and truly dedicated to helping his patients. I’m extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend Mustafa to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist.

Sorry I might be a little bit long here. Is been over 5 years that I've been complaining about back pain. After multiple scans and MRI, it appeared to ve facets joints arthritis. I did physio, acupuncture, chiro, many many cortisone injections... You Name it. I even when and did Basic Vertebral Nerve Ablation... Nothing really helped me. Then I saw a commercial about Able. I said to myself what are you loosing???? I called and Moustafa said to me "I like that kind of challenge." Since I started seeing him it's been a game changer. He is passionate about what he does. I discovered MANUAL Physio therapy, a different way of getting physio. Moustafa is hands on. I feel like myself again and will keep working with him. I got way more releif in few weeks than the past years. Thanks Moustafa.

In December 2025, my 15-year-old daughter was injured playing hockey and was dealing with symptoms that kept her off the ice for weeks. She had been seeing a physiotherapist with little improvement and was becoming frustrated and discouraged. Several of her hockey coaches recommended Mous, saying he was the person to see if she wanted to get back to playing quickly. They were absolutely right. After just one session, my daughter noticed significant improvement. Within a few treatments over a couple of weeks, she was back playing hockey. Mous has an incredible ability to quickly and thoroughly assess the problem and determine the best course of treatment. He used a variety of techniques, including soft tissue release, dry needling, and cupping, and made sure she left every appointment feeling noticeably better. She recently returned to see him for a new injury, and once again, after a single session, she walked out feeling significantly improved and didn’t require any follow-up appointments. Mous genuinely takes pride in fixing the problem in as few visits as possible. Beyond his expertise, Mous has an amazing ability to connect with his clients. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, even during painful treatments, and his sense of humour kept both my daughter and me entertained throughout our visits. We’re so grateful we found Mous and can’t recommend him highly enough, especially for young athletes looking to get back to the sports they love.

I had an acute plantar fasciitis injury after a run and decided to try Able Physiotherapy because previous physio experiences had not really worked for me. I submitted a request through the website in the morning, and Mous replied very quickly with an appointment available just a couple of hours later. That responsiveness alone was impressive. At my first appointment, the injury was still very acute and painful to walk on, so I knew recovery would take time. I went back a couple of days later and already noticed a major reduction in pain. The treatment helped relax the tight muscles in my calves and shins, which allowed the fascia to start healing properly. By the next appointment only 3 days later, I was already about 80% back to normal, and about a week and a half after the injury, the final appointment got me back to 100%. Mous also gave me a stretch band and exercises to strengthen and stretch the bottom of my feet to help prevent future injuries, along with warm-up stretches to do before walking or running. What I really appreciate is the personal touch. It’s a small office and Mous is the only practitioner there, so you get true one-on-one attention and support throughout the recovery process. He is very dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping his patients recover properly. Highly recommend Able Physiotherapy!

Today was my first appointment with Moustafa, and it was an incredible experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly very skilled in what he does. From the moment the session started, I felt confident that I was in good hands. He took the time to listen carefully, assess my condition thoroughly, and explain everything in a clear and professional way. His approach is both attentive and effective, and you can tell he truly cares about helping his patients improve. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated physiotherapist. I’m very happy with my first visit and look forward to continuing my treatment.

I was very skeptical about trying physiotherapy again because of multiple past experiences. I had terrible neck pain from holding my baby and breast feeding. It kept progressively getting worse and worse and moved to my shoulder and upper arm. After trying many different Physios and massage… I was done with physio. But my friend kept insisting to go see Mous at Able. I couldn’t believe it. I am lost for words and couldn’t be more thankful. In 2 sessions I was completely pain free. My neck and shoulder felt even better than my “good side.” I recently went back for SI joint pain that has been bothering me for years and that I also did physio and massage for in the past for temporary relief. It got worse after giving birth and nothing seemed to help. I was apprehensive about seeing a male physiotherapist for this, but he made me feel very comfortable during my treatment and he actually “adjusted” my hip like a chiropractor would do. I got up and felt ZERO pain. Again, i was lost for words and so emotional. I am so so so thankful. He is seriously a magician. If you need physio, this is the place. I would never ever go anywhere else EVER!
