“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at A Plus Rehab Massage. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. “Really solid spot. I sit a lot for work and my lower back’s been pretty uncomfortable lately. Came in to try it out and felt way better after. “I had a great experience at A Plus Rehab, especially with how smoothly they handled insurance claims. The staff are very knowledgeable about insurance processes and helped me understand my coverage clearly from the beginning. They offered direct billing to my insurance, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. I didn’t have to worry about paperwork or reimbursement delays, as they took care of everything efficiently. The therapists are also very professional and attentive. “This is my first time leaving a review for massage therapy. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Wilson and it was the best massage I’ve had in my 20 years of getting massages. With only a few comments on the areas I was having soreness and tightness, he was able to pinpoint so many of the problem spots. He used many different techniques and kept up constant communication to make sure the pressure was ok. “I had back pain and in need of an accupuncture therapy. I called and they managed to treat me immediately. I returned for few more treatments in the following days by appointment. My back pain subsided almost completely after the first session and dissapeared after the second. The therapist was very good, knowlegeable and with excelent bed manners. “The entrance to this location is a little tricky to find but looks for the signs of all the medical clinic and go on the second floor. The receptionist is very friendly, space at the front is very limited. I came with my husband and they put us in a couples room which I didn’t know they had. It was really nice that they did this however the room was extremely cold. My husband had electric heating and my bed did not have it. The massage we both had was actually really amazing we both had a lot of knots that were released and we were sore the next day but not in pain. I would had given this location five stars however the two masseuses were whispering and talking almost for more than had or our session which didn’t allow me to fully relax. They do use the Jane app and you can conveniently rebook which is great. We will be returning but will ask for separate rooms to avoid the chatter.”Read moreShow less
